Our 3 vessel brewhouses provide flexibility and simplicity for a true craft brewery.

We also offer 4, 5, 6, and 7 bbl jacketed fermenters, as well as 4, 5, 6, and 7 bbl brite tanks (jacketed and non-jacketed).

We offer electric and steam heated kettles. Please contact us for more info.

The energy required to brew 7 bbls with an electric system is approximately 223 KWH (assuming a 90 minute boil). With this information, you can closely calculate the energy cost to brew a batch of beer.

Fermenter Checklist

Here are some critical items to consider when purchasing a home brew fermenter:

Is it easy to clean? Can you reach inside it?
Can you easily inspect it for cleanliness?
Can you see the welds inside the fermenter?
Do you need to remove a lot of parts to clean it?
Are there threaded parts with nooks and crannies that need to be disassembled to ensure cleanliness?
Are the welds generally smooth, without pits?
Can the valves be disassembled for cleaning? (this doesn't apply to butterfly valves, due to their sanitary design)
Are there non-stainless metal parts, such as legs, that will rust with time and use?
Is it made of 304 or 316 stainless?
Does it include all the necessary valves and hose barbs, etc.?
