Hop Backs

Stout Tanks and Kettles offers Hop Backs, which are used to infuse that amazing hop character you find in many IPAs and Pale Ales.  Like all of our products, we only use sanitary fittings and hardware.  See below for details.  Many sizes and options are possible, if you don't see the size you want, please contact us with your needs.  You will likely need to use nylon hop bags in conjunction with the hop back to keep your filter from getting clogged.

HOP BACKS

Our hop backs come with a false bottom (2.4mm holes on 4mm centers), 2" inlet at the top and a 1.5" outlet at the bottom.  An NPT fitting on the pressure lid allows you to vent the tank as it first fills with wort.
