Stout Tanks and Kettles offers the most advanced hot liquor tanks available.  Combined with your Stout Tanks and Kettles Mash tun with recirculation (HERMS/RIMS) fittings, you can precisely control your mash temperatures.  Like all of our products, we only use sanitary fittings and hardware.  See below for details on our standard sizes:  9.2, 15, 19.8, 30, and 40 gallons.

For electric systems that need a RIMS solution, we have a RIMS Module that is used to heat your mash wort  in place of the HERMS coil.  Please see the RIMS module below and on the Mash Tun page.

RIMS ModuleMany hot liquor tanks are special order items.  You can tell by the "Add to Cart" button.  As a result, it may take some time between the time you order it and when you receive it (see Special Orders page for latest delivery info).  To get your order placed, we accept a 70% deposit.  The remaining 30% balance+shipping is due when the fermenter is completed and ready to ship to you.
