Shipping is either USPS, UPS, or truck depending on the item.
Shipping Quote: to get your shipping charges on smaller items without having to place an order or log-in, just click on the "Add to Cart" button and enter your zip code. For non-USA orders, please contact us to get a shipping quote.
Truck Freight: Larger items need to ship via truck. Also, it is sometimes more economical to ship full sets of medium items (e.g., 20+ gal. brewing systems) via truck. We can only estimate freight charges in advance, due to the constantly changing freight rates which depend on fuel prices and local competition among trucking companies. We will provide an actual cost when your items are ready to ship.
We charge actual shipping rates plus $2 to cover miscellaneous packaging costs on small items. Large items may have special wood crating or other packaging requirements which can add $5 to $48 per item, depending on the size of the item. If you pick up your items, this cost is not necessary.
Free "pick-up" service: please contact us through the contact form to arrange a time to pick up your item.
Shipping dates for custom/special order items are estimates. They are usually pretty good estimates, too. But they aren't guarantees because things we can't control can cause delays. For example, shipping delays and customs delays are always possibilities. We try to plan for a little schedule buffer but things can happen. If so, please RDWHAB (Relax, Don't Worry, Have a Brew).
