DEPOSIT POLICY – CUSTOM ITEMS
We generally accept a 70% deposit for special order items. The deposit amount may vary depending on the specific situation. When your item is completed and we are ready to ship it, we will contact you and request the balance due plus shipping costs. Please pay this amount at your earliest convenience so we can send your item to you. If you do not pay the remaining amount due within 30 days after we notify you that the remaining balance is due, we may elect to sell the item to another buyer. If we need to resell the item to someone else we will deduct from your deposit up to 20% of the agreed upon price for the item, to compensate us for the time and effort of having to resell it. In addition, if we cannot sell the item for the amount you agreed to pay, then we will also deduct from your deposit the difference between the payment we receive from the new buyer and the price you agreed to pay. This policy is necessary because of the possibility that it may be difficult to find other buyers for unique items.
