What size Mobile CIP Cart is right for you?

There are many factors  to consider when choosing the right mobile CIP cart for your production facility.  Here are a few important things to consider:

  • The size of the tanks you will be cleaning
  • The geometry of the tanks (conical vs. dish bottom)
  • The rated flow rate for the spray balls or nozzles that came with your tanks.

(Note:  A properly sized mobile CIP cart will provide a sufficient volume of water at the rated flow rate while maintaining enough liquid in the tank to prevent vortexing, which will introduce air into the CIP pump.)

Need a different size?  We have options.

  • 20 Gallon CIP cart = recommend for use with 3 BBL- 10 BBL tanks
  • 40 Gallon CIP cart = recommend for use with 10 BBL - 20 BBL tanks
  • 75 Gallon CIP cart = recommend for use with 20 BBL - 60 BBL tanks
  • 100 Gallon CIP cart = recommend for use with 60 BBL - 120 BBL tanks
