Bowl Reducers

A bowl reducer is a good solution when space is at a premium and a more large significant reduction is needed (e.g. 6 inch to 2 inch, where a concentric reducer may not fit).  Tri clamp bowl reducers can be used as a drain or upside down as an adapter lid. 

Pro Tip:  You can flip a bowl reducer and connect it to a 1.5” elbow to make a funnel for chemical additions during CIP.
