Brew Kettle Steam Condensers

Use a steam condenser on your brew kettle when you are unable to vent to the outside of your building.  The candy cane shape eliminates the steam vent by condensing the steam to water and draining to the floor. 

NOTE:  If you are able to vent outside of your building use a condensate stack.
