The removeable 50 micron mesh delivers efficient extraction and is built to be used in the processing of high-quality coffee products.  

Cold brew extraction utilizes unheated water to suppress bitter flavors while still cultivating acidic and earthy notes in your brew, as well as caffeine. Stout Tanks' 230 gallon extraction tank is built with a smooth dish bottom, so you can increase efficiency and get every last drop of cold brew from your batch. Ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing of your tanks with CIP spray balls installed above and below the mesh screen.
