This Briess Caramel Malt is a drum-roasted crystallized malt that improves foam, enhances viscosity, and contributes golden hues with a candy-like sweetness to your beer. This Crystal Malt is roaster produced, making it the fullest flavored and best-performing Caramel Malts.
