Briess Caramel Malt / Crystal Malt (60L - 50 lb/Bag) - Sweet, pronounced caramel flavor

SKU BR-5411-50

Caramel Malts are used to enhance the color, body, and flavor of beer. Also known as Crystal Malt, they can be roasted in the drum or added to the kettle for a quick caramelization process that adds sweetness and complexity to beer.

The Caramel Malts from Briess are produced by roasting, making them the best-performing Caramel Malts on the market. The result is a full-flavored, beautifully golden beer with enhanced foam, viscosity, and sweetness.
