The Symbiosis Fermenter (16 Gallon Kombucha Brewing Vessel or Coolship)

SKU KF16TRAY-BO

This is the 16 gallon version of our Symbiosis Fermenter line of kombucha brewing vessels.  Like our original 66 gallon Symbiosis Fermenter, this 16 gallon upgraded fermenter features a kombucha-specific shape that provides a balanced environment for both the Saccharomyces yeast and the Acetobacter bacteria strains.

This product can also be used as a coolship (or koelschip), which is an open fermentor used in the production of beer.  The compact size of this open top fermenter makes it ideal for nano brewing or home brew systems.

TESTIMONIAL FROM TROY @ BARE BOOCH: “..many people have tried the local kombucha and are shocked at how much better this is.  The profile generated by the symbiosis fermenter is just so much better.”
